The Burapha Golf Resort is a gated compound with 24/7 security personnel and controlled access at the main gate.

The villa itself includes a CCTV system and a wireless panic alarm.

Additionally, a fully developed helicopter​ landing pad is located 200 meters from the property for VIP access.​

Landing rights need to be registered in proper channels.

The terrace and garden towards the golf course has an existing floodlight system ​which presents an ideal opportunity for high-end  entertainment.

In the past it was used for New Year parties with catering from the clubhouse.

What is the condition of the property ?

Built in 2003 with a focus on longevity, the villa features a 49-pile foundation, high-grade materials, and has been regularly maintained.​ 

Some Daikin air conditioning units ​have recently been replaced. 

The property is in excellent condition and used as a weekend getaway for owners living in Bangkok.
